We are currently seeking experienced part time and full time professionals for the roles of Customer Service - Croupiers based in a number of our UK sites. Reporting to the Head of Gaming, the successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Providing consistently high standards of Customer Service

• Contribute to the effectiveness of the Casino function

• Ensure that games are dealt efficiently and in accordance with regulations

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

• Customer Service experience

• An understanding of a minimum of 2 games that are dealt
